Selection, Criteria and Jury


The nominees of the Corporate HR Awards are selected in 2 different ways:


Nominees must complete a dossier upon a given template. Each dossier must be highlighted by tangible HR and business results, qualitative and/or quantitative, and accompanied by clear outcomes and measures. The analysis process is based upon the following criteria:


The Jury is the guarantor of the strict appliance and respect of the rules, as well as the full objectivity of the decisions made. The Jury gathers a selection of experts carefully chosen for their knowledge and experience in human capital management, business governance and/or organizational effectiveness.
